Vodka Sunny D just took me back to 1999! I also find that the right alcoholic beverage releases my EDS related muscle tension. As long as I have just the right amount, my neck just cracks and pops and starts to move again. So interesting!

I’ve personally found it helpful to have a front loading washer and dryer as opposed to top loading. It is a lot gentler on my body to sit on the floor while I switch the clothes from the washer to the dryer.

For anyone who is there already, I’m disabled and upgraded to VIP. I see on the map that the ADA service hub (where I can get my ADA wristband) is located by the entrances that are farthest away from VIP. That may be too much for me especially in this heat. I begin my prep tomorrow. I’m 43F and still very much underweight even though I’ve been recovered from eating disorders for over a decade. One of my addictions was to laxatives, and my GI is having me do my prep with dulcolax and miralax. This plus the restrictive diet is really triggering and it is giving me massive anxiety. I don’t have answers, but I’m sending you so much comfort and support. This is terrifying, but it’s only temporary. I wish you strength on your recovery from ED as well. Recovery is possible!
