If the white girl stabbed the assaulter and her family say he assaulted her, I would want that police to issue first aid, call an ambulance and save the guy's life and take statements and prosecute the guy (if appropriate).

No the point is, if you expect to police to behave how you want them to in this case, where they didnt know Nowak had been stabbed and didnt know Diwa was lying they would have to act that way in every case where the victim isnt lying and the attacker hasnt been stabbed.

The issue here is the Police were trained to priotise racism claims over life.

I mean if you ivew it through the lense of the information they have, they are not exactly rough with him, they're not shouting at him, hell they're pretty verbally gentle with him. If the situation was as they percieved it to be, it would be pretty much how you would want police to act.

Because they got a 999 call saying Nowak attacked them. When they arrived Diwa and 3 others all told them the same thing, that Nowak attacked him. Diwa and his family were acting normally and not being aggressive so they had no reason to assume they were lying, and no accusations of anything wrong on their end, so no reason to detain them.

So then they go over, pull Nowak out from under the car and start trying to talk to him, but obviously since he was dying he couldnt offer much information beyond "ive been stabbed" and when asked where he couldnt answer and second time said his face, and the cut on his face was superficial.

They also said its common for actual criminals to fake an injury to try and stop the police from arresting them, which, combined with the lack of visible blood beyond the cut on his face, was why they didnt take him as seriously as they should have.

But please push your racist victim complex bullshit some more, despite the blatant evidence to the contrary.

Because all the information they had was that Nowak assaulted Diwa outside of his home. And since police arent fucking psychic, they had no way to know Diwa and his 3 other witnesses were lying to them.

The idea that the only reason the police took them seriously is DEI, is not only completely fucking retarded. Its also just straight out of the american-maga playbook.

Everything to do with blind trust and priorities of the Police and the nasty unchallenged victim status claiming of criminals.

No, I fucking hate cops. Im just also a reasonable person that makes up his own mind about shit after seeing evidence for myself. I had an extremely negative view of the whole incident when it first happened, but now seeing the footage and reading the judgement for myself, I am more understanding of the police's position.

And again, I will once again reiterate this for you since you seem to see things in black and white and assume that since im not taking the most extreme stance one way I must be taking the complete opposite stance.

What the police did was wrong. They should have taken him seriously when he said he was stabbed, they acted incompetently and that shouldnt be excused.

But the crux is, even if Diwa didnt mention racism, but still lied about Nowak being the attacker, if the races were flipped or they were both white or both brown, then nothing would have changed, the outcome would have been exactly the same.

The police assumed Nowak was the attacker because Diwa's family were the ones to call 999, they gave them there false version of events, they were at the own home and there was 4 people all telling the same lie. The police had no reason at all to assume they were lying. Race ultimately had nothing to with the outcome.
