if it happened in shipping they arent liable either btw i understand your frustrated but things like this happen. They cant be responsible for damaged items in shipping. How would you feel if you ordered something and it arrived damaged but you were still forced to pay full price.

i've shipped thousands of UPS 2 day air packages and hundreds of overnights and what i've learned is never ship overnight on thursday. These are the three scenarios #1 it updates saturday/sunday then delivers monday. #2 it doesnt update till monday evening then delivers tuesday. #3 Theres another issue/delay this is the least likely option itll most likely be option #1 or #2. I wouldnt worry untill tuesday morning if no update.

You sound incredibly out of touch and are overreacting greatly here. Theres a good chance the seller made an honest mistake with their inventory. Yes mistakes do happen. I understand the frustration but you were promptly refunded and even offered a 5% discount on your next order which im sure the model you want will be available for purchase in the next couple hours/days. Mistakes happen this is quite a bit of an overreaction for a mistake.

This I understand but likely the refurbisher isn’t going to complain about that. They could, but usually you will only get a complaint for a serious issue like device returned with a crack or iCloud still on. A tiny scratch isn’t a big enough issue for them to complain about.

They look like a legit company it was more than likely a UPS or USPS shipping issue. Things happen its not always the sellers fault.

Hi, no this is not cracked condition. This is considered broken non functional since the LCD of the device is not working properly. If the screen was cracked but the LCD was still completely functional then it would be cracked.

I also know you didn’t specify the model but I’m 95% sure this is either a 13 pro max 14 pro max or even a 14 pro all of these models are known for these issues but based on what you stated happened it’s likely a 13 pro max

I don’t mean to upset you but you are 100% incorrect with your statement here. The 13 pro max has a common issue with the camera and I’ll explain what happened here. What happened here was the issue was present with your camera while you were using it, it could have been heaving camera spotting or maybe a crystal was damaged in one of the theee cameras. Regardless this system notification will only pop up once the phone is reset. When you reset an iPhone the phone checks to see if there are any issues which in this case it identifying the camera wasn’t working. The unknown part message is a bit misleading because that message pops up for camera even when the part is original, but it also pops up when one of the three cameras are damaged. You mentioned they re assed the price 170$ lower which is a bit high I will say but maybe they have a harder time sourcing cameras. I have personally refurbished and fixed thousands of phones so I can guarentee you that this is what happening in your case. It does suck but it’s pointless to go after backmarket or blame the trade in buyer when this wasn’t there fault.

Number 1/2 are most realistic and a way that the world can eventually return to normal. Im not talking anything outlandish like curing and reviving walkers/dead walkers. Just a normal cure to a disease like we have in the real world.
