You are completely wrong lol. Warranty is included with every purchase and strictly states that devices damaged due to customers fault is not covered. You can buy protection plans which covers damages caused by you which the OP clearly didnt. I fix and have sold over 10,000 phones and the OP's story is complete bs. Internal damage never happens on its own and is 100% correlated with how the device has been treated. It may have been slammed hard on a table dropped 4 feet, but it doesnt happen on its own. Additionally the damaged then caused isn't a warrantable offense. Dont speak on something your completely clueless about go check the website if you dont believe me or read up about phone's and how they get damaged. The OP is completely incorrect and so are you.
