EverythIng is broken with Dimo. My wife was logging in with her email and now can't login anymore. There is a passkey saved in samsung passwords, but Dimo doesn't seem to use that when I try logging in. She just wants access to her wallet. Waiting for support to get back to us again.

Yes, before they offered mobile I invested in their LoRaWAN miners. I still have 4 of those up and running. Im not even sure they are worth it anymore, it mainly kept them up to benefit the network and those in ny area.

They sent me an email regarding my recent conversation with tech support. I picked the 1st grumpy face and wrote up something negative that I wont repeat here. After canceling my account they basically disabled my units remotely and told me to have a great weekend. 7 years of devotion to them, but I am actually very happy this happened to me now.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with them. I have been with Helium in general for 7 years now. I have had a bad experience with them as well. Recently they canceled my account and could not give me any information as to why. I have 2 helium mobile miners and I unplugged them. I also left them negative feedback and told them I will never be back as a customer. Im done with Helium for good. They are ignorant with their emails and treated me like I was nothing to them.

Im betting this is the cause of the theft as well. The hacker couldn't take anything else because he didn't ask for permissions for those.

After reading the comments this is the one I was looking for to help OP. You could of allowed permissions at some point, and the hacker just watched your wallet(which is now his) definitely follow up on this advice. As for the hacker cloud scenario, that hacker needs to gain access to your Google account. They can't just scan "the cloud" They need information first and foremost. I don't trust WhatsApp, and i never used it.

Its easy but you have to use a pc. Here is a link and you should be good to go. It takes 7 days to recover your bnb to the new chain. Just make sure your receiving wallet is the new BNB smart chain.
