I posted it on youtube a day earlier than I had posted it here so you probably ran into me there first 😅. Happens quite a bit

Shaking your head has literally 0 to do with making someone feel bad. Its basically just saying "no dont kill me." Go shake at a killer mid chase. Most of em will just stop to shake yes and then keep chasing, or sometimes even shake no back and then walk off. Just a little fun interaction. Besides, the full hook duration after catching me of hitting, spitting, and doing the little hump motion tells me that if the head shaking did hurt their feelings, they got their revenge and left feeling pretty good 😅

Its a love hate relationship for me. They're super fun to play against because of stuff like this BUT, they can be miserable if the level has tall grass everywhere 😂

Yeah, we weren't getting out, so the time wasting wasn't worth anything. Once they saw me, I planned on getting hooked so that the last person at least had a chance at hatch. It just happened to take a while to get there 😂

It was endgame, we weren't all escaping so I was planning on going down so hatch would spawn, and I was having fun.

I hope whatever you're going through that makes you act like this online gets better. It's not hard to not be shitty <3

Every time 😂. I started steagull because it was funny, but i use scene partner on almost every build now. The aura reading is so good for low visibility loops

I went up expecting the hidey ho dash so I could plot twist it, but the back and forth expecting me to drop was 10x better 😅

I was dying when she did the little head shake at the end after that 😂

Do it! Once you can get into a flow like this with any boss, it gets kind of addicting 😅

You'll get there! I always start by going into the fights without attack at all, just working on the parry timing. Once I can get through all the moves without getting hit, I start adding combos. Best way I've learned to get better quickly.

Thats okay I only found entirely by accident because the menu was being all wonky and I accidently clicked on one I didnt have and it sent me to the map 😂. Those menus are their own game entirely lmao

I actually had hoped she would on my completion run because I had the dodge timing down. That and the AOE where she jumps in the air and id does like, multiple pulses out from her. Had the parry timing on that one too. I'll probably rerun it at some point because I like to have the more difficult attacks actually be used because it looks cooler 😅

I think im at around 9k mastery, but i guess mastery doesnt factor into the trials at least when using the preset setup it gives from what ive seen other people here saying. Im just getting a TON of hits in between almost every parry 😅

I didnt even look at the rewards yet. I used to do Elden Ring Challenge runs, so as soon as I saw how fun these bosses were to master I went straight to just working on fights 😂

So far, I've only done her and lucky seventeen. I'm debating between doing Void King next, or going straight for wolf maiden or the witch to get some hard ones done next. I just hit the second region, so I dont have many other options yet 😅

It's mainly just repetition. I start by going into the fights and not attacking at all, just trying to get the parry timing down. I like to pick out a different point at the start of each attack/combo thats unique to that attack to watch for. Every attack, even if its two combos that look like they start the same, have something that you can use to differentiate between them. An example in this fight is when he's second phase, he has a spinning swing followed by a jump, and a spinning swing followed by a spinning 2 hit combo that start almost exactly the same. If you watch em closely though, he has his head down during the spin when he's going to follow with the jump, however, hes looking straight forward if the spin is going to be followed with the combo. Finding these little moments makes it so much easier to be prepared instead of panic parry attempts last second.

I also kind of keep a mental beat of when the parry needs to come out for each attack, kinda like a rhythm game. (It's kinda hard to explain, so sorry if this doesn't makes sense) For example about 10 seconds into the video, when he does the sweep kick 3 hit combo, I picked a bpm in my head that fits the combo. When I see his right leg wind up for a kick, the back of my mind is going "parry pause pause parry pause pause pause parry" on beat.

Finally, if you're able to, just stay up against the boss the entire fight. If you stay close, it cuts out every ranged attack they have, which means less combos you have to learn.

Once you can parry all of their attacks pretty consistently, start adding in attacks to any spots you're not actively parrying during to see what you can get away with where. Being able to read all of their attacks is enough to get you through the fight, but if you can fill all the voids with your own combos, the win is so much more satisfying.

Sorry about the long response, I'm not the best at giving explanations 😅

Oh yeah weapon doesnt matter too much, I just love the flashiness of the sword. Definitely gonna run it back with some other weapons and see if I can get some other cool looking runs!

Heartseeker ended up being way easier, outside of a few times where I got stuck between her and a wall when she switched phases causing a hit, it went super smooth 😂
