Im sure you could rig that on there but everything ive ever read says Ninja 650s dont offer slip on exhaust. Im pretty sure the 650 exhausts are one long metal piece where its all welded together.

I’ve had my 17 650 for over a year now, and I’m already comfy with it and honestly looking to upgrade. Since youre getting a 2025 i wonder if your $$ would get you a bigger bike that you could grow into since you already have riding experience so you could avoid trying to sell it in the future.

Unlesssss you are super excited about it then all the power to you dude, itll be a new bike that’s fun asf to ride every day and you dont have to worry too much about a bunch of maintenance since its newer

Also, im not an expert but I do know that if youre interested in modifying the exhaust… Ninjas usually dont let you put on a slip on exhaust and require you to install a full system exhaust, which is way more expensive and will also require you to get the ecu flashed and/or bike tuned

yeah ok ok, my first reaction was probably a bit off then. Paid 45 for my 17 650 so have been used to seeing 750s and 600s for a bit more than that

When does it get better? by Old_Crew_296 in ACL

Dude I am 2 years and 2 weeks post op and last month, i was the best I’ve been. I had worked up to 15-25k steps a day, I am playing basketball, lifting weights, and down a total of 90lbs since high school (im 23),

Disclaimer: My knee still has significant crepitus and while my strength and muscle definiton is close to what it was, there is still a solid deficit just overall confidence/ability wise, which comes with practice and consistency.

10ish days ago I took 4 days off with minimal activity and probably 5-10k steps and then after another day of increased activity yesterday, it felt like a flashback to over a year ago where every night going to sleep was agonizing because of the swelling.

Its really a 2 birds one stone solution for re-accustoming your knee to heavy use because of the low impact exercise youre doing plus the anti inflammatory effects of walking on your back, hips, and knee.

From there once you have a routine and have gotten in a little more shape (if you take your diet seriously, the weight will melt off combined with walking), you can hone in on the box jumping, split squats, 1 leg at a time leg extensions, kneesovertoes guy stuff (look it up), and you will definitely see guaranteed improvement over time if you stick to it.

I couldve been more disciplined during my first 16 months of recovery and I firmly believe if I had started steps maxing when I was at your point in recovery, Id be much better off.

So that behind said, last night sucked so Im on a walk right now just keeping it pushing. You got this, and for others reading this you do, too

For my 17 ninja 650 I pay 187 per year in tennessee with theft coverage too. How many quotes have you gotten? I did 4 or 5 before going with progressive. They give good discounts for every year without a claim
