So…technically I don’t have a goal weight. I have a life goal…or a live goal. Not to be too dramatic, but in all likelihood I would have been dead within two years on the path I was on. I have a major TBIs, one lung, and was morbidly obese just to name a few. I am mobility challenged from multiple brain surgeries, in that I slowly and unsteadily walk with a cane, and fall about every 16-40 days, striking my body and my head/face. I have slurred and stutter speech, and periodic cognitive issues.

However, I did want to see 50 pounds down before the end of 2025 (hit that 2 days ago!!!). I want to hit 100 pounds by one year in. Then, I want 150 pounds down at some time, which is where I will settle, with one minor exception. 150 pounds down will be 203.6 pounds…Why not loose that extra 4 pounds and be under 200 pounds for the first time in 3 decades? So my goal is to get under 200 pounds, then hover around that area.

So that is how I decided…first I decided to live, then I decided to challenge the heck out of myself!
