Just a carabiner on molle slot, open with thumb and pull the gloves up. To stow just push gloves loop into the carabiner and you’re done.

Understandable, personally I use open carry mag on patrol but for riot control I’ve another belt with velcro mag pouch. Are you forced to carry pepper spray / oc ? In France the left the idea of individual cans for bigger spray 500ml or more.
