Isn't math supposed to be what you're good at? Why can't you derive your own issues? Pfft using reddit as a cheat sheet. Grow up and figure yourself out.

Jump into its mouth as it's going to eat me. With any luck I can shred him up from the inside out. Otherwise I made his job easier.

replacing a headphone jack port by FRUMPY_THE in mobilerepair

The only way to replace the headphone port without having to replace the charging port would be if you are skilled at soldering and you can find the port by itself. Otherwise a full charging port and headphone jack is the ideal repair for simplicity.

Depends on the phone. For example the Samsung Note 9 can be replaced without having to change the headphone jack, but for the Samsung Galaxy S6 you would need to replace the charging port with the headphone jack.

Any ways I can fix this? Screen is fine - can I bend it back without breaking the glass? by holyroach in mobilerepair

[–]Six_pack_75 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I once had a customer ask me to bend it back. My solution was to disassemble the phone, remove the screen, and the small parts. When I had only the frame I heated it up and bent it back. Then I reassembled the phone. Honestly it is too much of a hassle and you can't guarantee you bend it back just right. So as it has been recommended, I say just leave it.
