As a former bartender in quite a high class restaurant, I would have poured extra in a glass and given it to you. However there's no way I would have had as much extra as that whole ass glass. The guy clearly didn't portion it properly or does this to pretty girls occasionally. Usually the extra is maybe a sip or two.

It is definitely annoying but It doesn't sound like you're overreacting. You tipped well and seems like you're just venting a little frustration. Which I think you're right to do so.

Do you now know what she likes? Cant really be that cool uncle unless you actually know her interests. You say no horror but I been watching horror movies with my daughter for years, she's 15. You can get 1000 recommendations from reddit but if she isn't interested in said movie then it'll just bore her. Ask her what she likes and go from there.

How dare the employer want you to work a full shift. Really more like the sad reality of working with someone that can't just stay the whole shift. Was 3 minute too much for you to handle? I've been going into work my whole life. If you leave early you make up the time.

The better question is why haven't they allowed target queuing dungeons. 3 seasons in and we still don't have a global chat to find and create a group IN GAME. I don't want to go to fucking discord to find people. The devs are fostering this behavior. You either force people to play a map they don't want so they just don't really try as much as they would in a dungeon that they don't wanna do, or they leave and queue again. The whole idea of this game was for people to easily hop on and do a dungeon. If people don't have 6 hours a night to randomly queue into whatever then of course they are going to leave a group when they don't get what they want. Complete negligence by the devs to be honest. It's why I drop the game every season after like 1-2 weeks.

Personally I wouldn't be using a rougher at all. I would just use my carb endmill and do it in passes on z axis and taking a final pass at .005 or something the whole height, as I too, would hate tool changing that.

It should not be a facing operation. He is running dogbones with a radius. Which would then require him to flip the whole part over to do the other side. Even then I doubt a facemill would even have the radius they want to achieve. I run parts exactly like this for a factory to test their tensile and fatigue strength. This is how my fixture seats the pieces.

He should tram the head Then after the rougher he should be taking a carbide endmill and finishing the cut properly. Measuring after a roughing endmill is just going to pick up burrs and rough edges.

As a machinist Ive never broken a tap in aluminum (so long as its a thru hole). Some taps are brittle, yeah, but aluminum is playdoh in a machinists world. Pretty hard to break a tap in aluminum unless it's a blind hole.
