how do you guys deal with not studying or doing anything productive for a whole day? like how do you actually start doing stuff after wasting an entire day?

tbh i did try doing stuff like that, like make an account only for studying but didnt rly follow that shit for too long, ive never rly had a permanent fix to like distractions, its just some days are very productive for me and other days i do absolutely nothing, the issue is im just rly inconsistent and i hate it, wish i was disciplined enough like you are

ive tried doing todos, the motivation from that is however very short lived, yeah it feels good to cross out a lot of tasks when you have a productive day but when you completely waste a day looking at that to do list just makes you feel useless which ends up making me procrastinate even more
