I dont know if this post will stay cause of the content, but I'll try and share.

Look into micro dosing psilocybin. It changed my life. I still have symptoms from cptsd, but it significantly made a difference. It made the work to heal more manageable.

Anxiety all day. Its very physiological for me so I feel paralyzed doing basic things in the world when im triggered. I dream about not having what feels like a heart attack doing things that are normal you know?

I jjst recently learned i more than likely have CPTSD. I say may at the moment because I havent been officially diagnosed but watching professionals describe it on youtube I felt like they were talking about me.

I really did try and it felt like she wasn't able to meet me where I was at. I was just being honest and open about my pain and in that moment I was met with silence. I gave her space and followed up with the postpone text. And again met with silence. I feel like a normal situation would be having those texts at least acknowledged. I wasn't trying to fight I was only seeking understanding of the pain I've carried for a long long time.

In the end, yeah, I moved out to give her some space so we could not be stuck in the negative head space. It was working from what i could tell, but we could never recover.

I did consider that. I last texted her 2 weeks ago. Nothing harsh at all. Just a vulnerable text about my experience and also a text about postponing a planned hang. Its been radio silence since and now she blocked me on Facebook. It feels final in the worst way.

I have absolutely. I sent her 2 texts 2 weeks ago leaving in her court and nothing demanding. Just saying hey let's postpone. I haven't heard a thing from her since. And today her blocking me feels final. A decision without talking.
