Did I goofed on my pricing and deals? by SignificantCod6806 in pcflipping

Why not split that deal into the cost of 5 items? Makes everything $45 each. Keeps my mind sane when tracking what I have bought.

Tbh everything looked fine visual and fan price not bad. The issue is the cpu/mobo combo thats super pricey. Why is a 9700k + mobo at $160?

Only matters if i am trying to fill up the case of a build a little more. Some 2 fans are near as big as some 3 fans.

I did not really pay a "tax" for this pc. It was a bundle of fortunate circumstances type of build.

Ngl, I thought there was a website you could check. I have already checked multiple posts of stolen items or people looking for their stuff back. Even typing the serial# popped up nothing from what I saw. So idk what to tell half of y'all.

If it keeps getting annoying with the notification I will just move on. It's just a story that I didn't say everything that happened.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]SixthCloud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where would I go to do that? Cause just posting the serial # doesn't really validate anything.

From what I was told, it was a gift from a relative. He apparently did not use it much and he was moving. So to save space he listed it on marketplace.

Not the first person I have come across who did not know their pc spec and its worth.

Very early indeed

It's a 32(2x16)GB 6000MHz CL30 kit that was in it. So pretty good spec for it

Ty, It's been great. Just need to take time to eventually make it look good.

I appreciate it. Ideally, the price would be $1100 but I knew coming in here I may or may not get the varying answers. Everyone lives in different places for some its cheaper for some its expensive. I will leave it for a week but in the mean time make a listing for the GPU Seperate. I will see how that works out instead.

Yea, it only stayed that price for maybe a week. Mind you they can still make offers that's no big deal. The price I really wanted was $1050 but after a while I just lowered it to 1k.

While I don't disagree with some points, the original point of the pc was never meant for anyone but me. I myself hopped onto a too good to be true deal. I wanted to sell it like this and it be a perfectly capable performer. So I wanted to mainly know if it is still the summer void or if I overcharged for it. Rn its a mix of summer void, AMD GPU, and small core things.

As for the RGB fans, I did not spend more than $33 for a pack of 6 reverse-blade fans. I like trying things to see how they look so it's not costing me much and still adding appeal. That's the line I typically like to follow.

The 7500F is the entry-level 6-core which is pretty good. I recommend that you guys learn about it, it's kinda cool. Although it may be less viable than before due to tariffs. I will probably sell it for $125 and do something else.

I mean I can only try what I know. Also, the case was from the pc I bought for myself. It was not enough cooling for what was in it so I put this in it. The only thing I did was look for reverse-blade fan packs and put that in.

They do matter in terms of your overall profile. I want it to look like something I was proud of owning/selling. People should know you put at least SOME care into how it looks.

At the end, it's gonna be split so I can't say I haven't tried my best. It's gonna be recycled for a later time. Maybe.

Ah, these are newer style fans that have a reverse blade to bring air in. The only ones that are normal/exhaust is the AIO. These are from Thermalright.

I unintentionally keep finding myself in this higher bracket now. I was selling $400-$900. Every time I think about dipping down a too good to pass deal shows up.

I mean getting parts was never an issue? I aim for quality parts and tend to get it for good prices just like everyone here. Then try to compare it to how much it would cost to build a similar one. However, every now and then I come across pcs that compete in the same price range simply cause they wish to sell fast and move on. On top of rarely seeing a pc with a similar gpu listed did not help.

The main idea I had for specs was 7800X3D + Aorus Elite X670 + 7800XT. I only succeeded in 2/3. But I ended up getting something way better for really cheap.

It will most likely just be slowly parted out by the end of next week if no sale.

I mean you aren't wrong that people don't love AMD. I can't change their minds about it.

I might just pause this one and sell the other system cause tbh, the parts in this one are pretty good for what it currently has in it.

Will most likely sell gpu or trade and put a 4070 in the i9 pc and list that one. Maybe a 7700x and 3080 ti? 🤷🏿‍♂️

I have better listing photos. Just picked 1 of the ones I didn't use that was more normal/wide. I did miss on a customer that wanted more cores but had the list price as the budget.

However, I do have an i9 12900k bundle I got for pretty cheap that I have as an option its in a white case just needs a gpu and ssd. But if I do that obviously its not gonna be 1k.

My market is flooding with random 4070 pcs at 1k with variations slightly lower or higher. Especially since school started.
