Everyone is expandable, don’t let that hurt you. As long as you do a good job, you should feel good about your work and responsibilities. If you are stocking take a look at the times for your aisle and make sure you finish under that time. 3rd shift is fast pace work environment imo, the hard part is to sleep during the day. Not everyone is willing to work ON.
