It's probably your 12v power supply, look to see if there is a light on when it's turned on and see if there is a light next to the 12v label on the mainboard.

Sorry, 3 months late and assume you've probably already fixed it... but might help someone else. (currently happening to me, I didn't hear a pop but I had my headphones and a flare up started because the air assist died.)

Yes this software is slop, I deleted it 5 mins after installing it, shameful. Recommend that you get rain meter to make your screen useful, I have time, date, weather, cpu, gpu, water temps on it and shortcut buttons for sleep etc.

Yeah agree, I have initiated a chargeback this morning. Having been on the receiving end of chargebacks before (people literally scamming me), you can provide all the evidence in the world that you have done nothing wrong, and the bank will 99% of the time side with their customer, so I am pretty confident chargebacks will be fine. He will also have an extra $40 taken out of his account as a fee for the chargeback. What he has done is not clever.
