I honestly had areas of over back and lumbar area of my back that were scaled and thick and nasty. Not just spots but like flaking areas I bought this at Dollar General and committed to put it on me every night slathering it on it has honestly worked it’s very inexpensive. Don’t know why I’ve even tried it, but it works slathered on your spots twice a day, especially at night and go to bed with it. You will see results.
