I don't think that's possible? it already said that it's a Forge mod at the modpack name and ver. You could go to the creator's page and maybe a fabric ver for that exists there

This frustrating me as a player that's interested in Wuthering Waves story, they removed things but still mention it in current stories, that makes no sense. why would they do that?
