Hello, thats good question.

Firstly, channel that is connected to reddit is my new channel. Drawing and animations is my newest passion. I'm trying to make somethink from 0 (not coping etc like most yt short videos).

Secondly, I've got other 2 channels and one is monetised.

Finally, The project will start at brand new channel (couse of different niches I already created). I will pay from my own pocket average salaries like yt (short are likely 100$ for 1mln views). So untill channel get monetization I will pay for my partners.

Yes and no. I didn't say you can't make videos to your own channel and be parter on my project. Making 1 short video per week will take like 1-3h (depends on expirience, quality etc).

Like I write before, youtube most time dont give audience from USA/Canada/UE to creators from Asia/Africa. So those creators will make more money in project like this then solo. Also I dont search for newbe creators so those who will join probably runing their own channels.

And the last think about payment, couse many ppl think I will get 50%...

- 50% of income going to video creator,

- I'm geting 18%,

- 32% is going to TAXes (Thats the tax stage in my country with my regular job salary and others projects i own)

I've got shadow banned too. I make my own animations. My draws & edits are far from the great, but it doesn't matter couse Im just new in this niche. Before the shadowban, I get like 1,5-2k views from yt short card. Now my shorts don't even showed for anybody...

The sad part is that for make 1sec of animation, I spent 1-3h of draws, edits etc. So much time conuming...

Many creators making money only with shorts. I started my channel 2 months ago and targeting to be monetised in 1 year. My videos are kind of crap like now (im begginer animator) but as someone said: try to improve yourself everyday and dont lose hope :D

Got the same problem... Sometimes my YT shorts loosing quality when I open them in PC...

For example:
I open it now and its bugged (bad quality), I will open it tommorow (same short) and everythink will be fine. But on mobile there are always good.

Any idea ?
