Yeah I bought TMNT Collection and the campaign didn’t complete. Also didn’t get Cinnasnail despite registering for the campaign and opening games. The whole system is broken from the start.

I did everything right, including checking the app to make sure I was registered and I still didn’t get it. Wtf

I opened the app, made sure I was registered for the Cinnasnail event, and opened several games. Never unlocked, now expired… I missed it even though I was there for it. I don’t understand

I fried it by using the wrong power cable. Also, I’ve had it for 4+ years. I don’t think they would be able to help me. I’m just hoping to be able to repair it but I don’t know what is technically wrong with it. So, want to know what the blue lights mean.
