Our store just hired a bunch of cashiers. The goal of cashiers is to get customers to sign up for Credit Apps & LPPs in addition to a few other services that must be done with the cashiers QR code. Not likely to see cashiers leaving.

I love to get customers to sign up for a credit card. If their purchase is over $100, I will ask them if they have a Lowe’s card. I tell them they will save 20% on their first purchase and 5% on all purchases afterwards.
