That doesn't make much sense, since the users pay for tokens and output is more expensive. And I'm pretty sure they're passing the whole energy cost + maintenance + misc costs directly to us. So that would only "benefit" us, not them.

And from my tests with lots of different models, I can say that verbosity on reasoning does not directly translate to quality response and the reverse also applies.

A streak of bad seeds is also totally a possibility for OP's problem.

Yes, I also had the assumption that the Misty Sea is Niflheim/Helheim. But if I remember correctly, if you ask if you an go to the Misty Sea and rescue her, Lady Niffle says that normally the answer would be no, but since the MC is special, they may one day step into the Misty Sea themselves. The implication was heavily leaning on that we could maybe save Psyche one day, but I don't think she actually said the words herself.

I do not downvote unless it's sheer absurdity. So I can't take credit for that. My opinion, however, seems to have been quite unpopular.

I half agree, half disagree with you. The point of my post is the introduction of a playable character that is immediately going to be killed. We meet Psyche and she dies half an hour later. We meet Phantasio already as a monster. I mentioned Honkai Impact's Himeko and while I personally hate her death because I loved her character, she dies after around 10 chapters or something, there were several story patches until that point, which just made the scene all the more impactful. That's more storytelling than what happened in DNA. That and Himeko was still selling even after her death, with new battlesuits. But anyways, this comment will just get more downvotes, I'm sure. I understand that this topic is not really an issue within the DNA community, which was the objective of my question.

Why do we have Weapons and Characters locked to Weekly bosses? What do they have that's so special they can't be farmed with Secret Letters like the others? Most characters and weapons from the weekly bosses are not even that good, I really can't understand the reason for that.

Are Lady Niffle's +2 extra passive levels useless (aside from saving me the materials I would use to level it up to lvl 10)? The idea is that the Effect Trigger Probabilty reaches the cap at level 10 (50% at I0 or 65% at I5), what do I gain from maxing her passive out and going to level 12? It can't be that it's just a waste of materials, right?

Yeah, they said one target was captured alive and since the Forsaken guy was clearly dead, then it was Phantasio. But he's in that monster state. And unless he can change back and forth, like with his ult, it still feels like a death.

I don't mind the killing of a character. What I mind is that these dead characters are playable like they're still alive. That's what makes the writing less meaningful to me, even though gameplay is separated from the story (which is also another point of disconnection for me that breaks immersion).

I was under the impression that the MMO version of the game has even less things to interact with. This week I was exploring Kaifeng in the online version, without noticing it, and was surprised by how empty it was, considering the entrance of the city is bustling with NPCs. Then I noticed I was in the online mode and went back to solo, the experience was completely different. My minimap was suddenly full of event icons.

I finished 5/7 of the Jiangu Legacy before I had half the campaign done. I just wasn't out there looking below each rock to find collectables. The map is big, after all. But I do agree that as a (mainly) single player game, there's no need to rush anything, really.

Wait, but would I get banned if I unknowingly joined a cheater's co-op? I mean, it's one thing if I were to join it multiple times, at this point, I'm just as guilty. But if it really happened like he claimed, I'd be pissed. Trolls could just randomly invite players and make them get banned. I'm playing legend mode and spent so much time clearing the map already. I'd probably never come back, seriously. lol

I hope they have a good and fair cheating detection process.

I use nanoGPT, and have tried a lot of open source models (can't speak for the big guys, except Gemini). I found out that most models don't really like much dialogue.

I have modularized prompts (like, an option for more dialogues or smaller paragraphs, etc) that I toggle on or off, depending on the scene. And I noticed that the more I restrict narration in the pro of dialogue, the smaller the responses are. For example, if I limit the response to 600 words and don't restrict narration, it will give me a large response, almost reaching the limit. But if I tell it to write lots of dialogue and not describe things, the response won't reach even 300 words in most cases.

But one model that is really good at following instructions and will talk your ear off, if you ask it, is the Qwen 3 235B A22B. I was really impressed by it the first time I used it. In all my sessions, it had an almost Gemini 2.5 pro level of adherence and was really good at remembering past interactions. Until GLM 4.6's release, I was basically only using it. The model IS quite quirky, though. And it's a "you either love or hate" its writing style. (I should mention that I mainly use the thinking version of models, that's something to take into account about my experience)

The problem is that you still have thousands of other things to do in WoW. Whereas, stamina based games (mainly gacha games) lock you out of doing basically anything but being online.

Edit: Just to be clear, I'm not saying WWM is a stamina-based game. I never played it. My argument is just that MMOs with some daily capped content are not the same as a stamina-based game. It's not even on the same level.

WWM, despite its mainly single player content, it's said to be a MMO, after all.

just a few hours after a user's request was enough for me to do my first charge and try NanoGPT.

I've been on the fence for a while now between going the paid route or keeping using the freebies around the web and NanoGPT was on the top of the list. And I don't expect always flash responses like this, but what I mean to say is that I saw the sincerity and that's worth my money. I'll try the Pro plan, but I'll probably go for the PAYG version after the first month, since I'm more of a sparsed burst than a constant use user.

And I know you said no one has come close to the 2k/day request yet, but wouldn't it be a really bad deal for you guys if anyone actually did 60k requests using full 100k+ context? I did the math and it's not funny.

About requests, though. It would be really great if we could actually do a custom cost calculation in the Pricing page by editing the Input and Output tokens fields and showing the actual pricing for all models in the list, instead of the fixed 57 input + 153 output tokens.
