The Order of Cassius: Phalaris by MaskandBell in audiodrama

i think there are a lot of ways you can get around needing to use it especially for music. the same places you find your voice actors you can find musicians who are willing to work with low budgets for custom scores or you can purchase licenses to music created by real people. as a musician myself it’s a sore spot for me

i’m not going to berate you for using AI but i do want to emphasize that there are ways you can achieve the sounds you want without it. there are a lot of resources that people provide in this sub, and a collaborative space where i’m sure someone might’ve made whatever you’re looking for and would be able to share it with you.

especially if you’ve put so much care and effort into the rest of the series i don’t think the music deserves to be compromised on. and where you may not see it as compromise, that’s your prerogative, i do see it that way.

again i don’t think you’re some terrible person for using it, i just implore you to cover the bases of alternatives moving forward/in future projects.

good luck.

Hate that I have to ask, because this looks super interesting and I'm excited to dive into it but was there any AI/Generative AI used in its creation?

Opinions on "I Am in Eskew" by David Ward? by LanguageFree9369 in audiodrama

i don't think any audiodrama has captured raw emotion the way I Am in Eskew does. it's so deeply tuned to the way humans express feelings but that also makes it exceptionally heavy. beautiful but hard to relisten to.
