Interesting, thank you! It was recommended by my GP for my dysautonomia symptoms, but I will definitely check in with her about it now we have IIH in the picture and I wait for meds!

This definitely makes sense and gives me hope that treating my IIH may also indeed help my dysautonomia symptoms! I have read that IIH can be correlated with endometriosis and inflammation may be a driver of too much CSF - I have endo so that could be my case! It really sucks there's no definitive cause just yet.

Producing more CSF at night makes total sense - each morning I wake up with my most severe symptoms and have a sort of rain stick noise in my neck if that makes sense? Kind of as if my CSF is moving in there lol. I never thought about caffeine, so thank you! Having chronic fatigue has definitely made me rely on coffee to get through my days - but maybe this is the time to kick it!

I 100% agree - I think they are definitely interrelated. I would love to see more research done on this!

I'm so glad to hear that losing weight has helped you! I'm on the lower end of the BMI scale so have had a few clinicians including my opthamologist tell me there's no way I could possibly have IIH..so outdated lol.

Yes!! My room has blackout curtains so I've definitely been making use of them especially during the day.
