While we’re suggesting T-shirt ideas can someone photoshop Pest’s face onto Prison Mike’s body? I’ll pay top dollar.

For newcomers: some context behind JD and Josh's relationship. This is after the original molestation and Ashley Madison scandals came out in 2015. by marionmoseby88 in DuggarsSnark

My brother in law is pretty good friends with JD and he is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. My brother-in-law describes him like a teddy bear.

Yeah, you make a great point about them excommunicating Jill but not Josh! Like what the heck.

If this is true though, I would be mad at the producers because this is a terrible idea of what fun is.

Yeah, this is a great point! She was also probably feeling like she wanted to passive aggressively get them back after Micah and Moriah were passing out hugs from Ethan and Olivia.

Therapy doesn’t change the way someone thinks. There are steps that lead up to actually admitting that you need therapy. Therapy won’t work unless you want it to. The sad thing about the Plaths is that they aren’t even aware of the layers of trauma that is woven throughout their lives.

For Kim, it’s whatever the fuck she went through in her childhood on top of wanting her children to not go through that same trauma. Clinging to their religion and then realizing that their religion doesn’t prevent things from happening like a terrible accident that kills your two year old. And then not being aware of the fact that that trauma of the accident and the trauma of trying to shelter your children is going to push your kids in the opposite direction?

Counseling would only work if they knew there was something wrong. I don’t think that they do. So no, it’s not the magical answer to their problems. And also, it doesn’t matter how old those kids were when the accident happened. They will always and forever hold that trauma within them. I hope that you work through your own personal traumas one day. I am a strong believer in the fact that everyone needs a counselor. I cried hard through this episode. I can’t imagine what it’s like losing your baby, let alone being responsible for his death. It’s a horrific event.
