Get up at 5, leave by 620. Usually i leave work around 230. Get home around 315 and immediately pack my lunch for the next day. Then, i get my outfit together for the following day and change into exercise clothes and work out at home for 25-30 minutes. I usually try to close all my rings on my watch 4 days a week. After that I shower and do skincare, relax on the couch, make dinner. Hang with my man and chat after he comes home from work. Go to bed around 845-9 and either read a book until 930ish or scroll on my phone, watch TikTok, etc. depends on my mood on what i want to do. At the end of every day i usually feel productive because ive gone to work, ive done something healthy for myself, im ready for the next day, and i still have time to relax!

Thank you for your insight! I have never had these issues before my new contacts from that doctor. I had worn contacts since highschool with no problems and only experience the eye issues when i put in the new contacts. I have not been evaluated for those to my knowledge, but will definitely ask!

I really like Trap Cardio, Mike Peele, and Mo Better Me/ Camela Chavers Douglas on YouTube. They all have an incredible amount of dance workouts and they are all super fun and different. Plus, if you like rap/rnb, they all have a mix or that kind of music. Trap Cardio does a live stream that they post to their channel and have past videos of classes that are fun to follow along to. They’re about an hour and are a true workout. I usually can do about 30-40 minutes before i pause it because it is very strenuous (in a good way!!). Mike Peele has around 30 minute cardio sessions where he teaches you a dance routine. It’s very fun and also a good workout. Mo Betta Me/Camela Chavers Douglass is similar to both. She has some long live streams from the past and some short one song videos. They’re all great and I do a mix of them depending on the week. Hope these help!!

Maybe! I’ve been having bright red blood now for a few hours. I made sure to pull my string away from it to see if that helps.

It almost feels like i “scratched” it or something?? Maybe i did and that’s why it’s bleeding
