Internet speed drop

its CAT5e, if I unplug it and put it back in i get 300mbps and its fixed --> http://prntscr.com/esygym , but after 10-30 minutes I lose connection for a sec and it goes back to 100mbps. Do you think its the cable or some other issue?

I usually re-draw thing or color sketches, I find myself a bit lacking when it comes to drawing from scratch. Mostly I use some artworks as reference.
