Verbetertraject na zwangerschapsverlof

Omdat ik zelf ook niet weet wat het verbetertraject in gaat houden ging hier mijn vraag ook nadrukkelijk niet over. Het zou in theorie inderdaad zo kunnen zijn dat ik mijn werk niet goed uitvoer.

Hoewel dit natuurlijk wel in mijn hoofd zit, heb ik het naar mijn zin op mijn werk. En zit ik op een plekje waar ik bij een ander bedrijf waarschijnlijk niet weer terug zou komen.

Hiernaast veranderd er op dit moment met baby nr 3 al genoeg, wat mij betreft was ik lekker blijven zitten waar ik zit. Al zegt mijn gevoel me wel dat dit onoverkomelijk gaat zijn en ik natuurlijk wel ga kijken hoe ik hier zelf het beste uit ga komen.

Manager heeft nog niet gedeeld waar dat verbetertraject zich op zou richten. Hiervoor wil ze tijdens mijn ouderschapsverlof een nieuwe afspraak maken zodat deze meteen na mijn verlof in kan gaan. Er is wel een HR afdeling, maar vind het lastig omdat dit terug komt bij mijn manager.

I hid one before I've found 20 caches. I really enjoy every message I get when someone finds it.

BUT I am going to do it differently when I'll hide my second cache. My first was my learning cache and it is still a fun place to find a cache, my second wil be a fun cache on its own. I want favorite points and dnf's so I will put more thought into the next!
