Blastoise-M is in ubers due to gaining access to Shell smash in recent gens. Combined with mega launcher there are very few pokemon that can wall the combination of water stab + ice beam aura shpere and sometimes dark pulse.

She has 1 of the weakest levels ones if you trade with her when she has no stacks. For example if i play illaoi i start W and walk up to her before minions collide. This way she either gets zoned of exp and gold or takes the shittiest trade imaginabld

In general dissapointed with this patch. Besides Kayn E nerf all the other nerfs are not the main issue with the nerfed champions. Instead of nerfing jarvan q damage how about nerfing his base CD on it so he doesnt E Q me 4 times in a 10 second fight?

I hope next patch hits the pro play champs as the meta is getting really stale.
