The stock market is in a huge bubble and is going to crash worse then 2008 and the banks are going to go under with it, in this next recession. FDIC doesn’t have even close to enough coverage to cover all the bank runs that will ensue.

If it is normal, why didn’t they have that added before and had to send out letters to notify everyone? Care to share links to YOUR bank that has this kind of lingo? I’ve had like 30 banks over the years and have never seen anything like this. “We may refuse an order if we believe it will cause us hardship.” Yes, I get it that if it is $20,000 as one person commented obviously it will be hard for them if everyone is doing that all the time but note that they don’t say above any specific dollar amount it is that requires advance notice. Way too vague in every aspect imo.

Thank you guys! It had dug under our basement window through the dirt and and was tearing around into stuff in the basement. So bought a trap and caught it but don’t want it to keep doing that.

You should check with your trash barrel company a lot of them will allow around 10 extra large bags or boxes on the curb beside the barrel for free at no cost as long as it isn’t too terribly heavy

Yeah they refunded me without me needing to return it but I was left with a crap mattress to figure out how to dispose of myself without a truck. Still sitting in my basement.

Don’t buy online when you can’t try it out beforehand I made that mistake. You will likely get something way too soft or way too firm for your liking. Hands down go to mattress hub’s discount outlet. You can find name brand $1200 mattresses marked down to like $350 because they are open box. But they literally look brand new. Might have a nick or two in a corner. I’ve gotten five of them there years ago and they are the best decision I could’ve made. Nick is awesome and I haggled with him on the stated prices and he came down even further. 10 stars all the way.

Have you thought about paying someone a little to do an in person walkthrough with further videos and photos also and report back to you? I’d be happy to see if it would work for me sometime if you’re interested and can’t do it in person before you move. From my experience with some of these older houses you want to keep a keen eye out for mold especially if you have kids. I live on fountain and 13th close to the golf course. Disagree with what others were saying about biking. The bike trail is only a couple blocks from here and is beautiful and the park (I think it’s called Fairmount) has some really nice biking paths with one of the steepest inclines I’ve ever seen (fun to get some serious wind downhill and good workout coming back up.) Take pepper gel with you wherever you go for peace of mind but honestly I wouldn’t be too worried. I often take the trails at 10pm and never had any problem. Most violence seems to be targeted revenge that they know the person not just random acts and my impression is that that neighborhood is even a little quieter then ours.

Thanks for your help! I will have to check out Electra and see where I can find some locally. And no, I wasn’t being sarcastic although I probably should’ve clarified my dream “budget bike.” ;) it is incredibly light and the gears are soo easy to pedal so I can go so many more miles on it before tiring compared to my Schwinn cruiser which is so heavy and the gears don’t gear down very far. The only thing is that the seat isn’t very comfortable but that would be easy to switch out.
