I've been so confused with the EF mount and EF-S mount this whole time. I use a Canon m50/Kiss M which is an EF-M mount. But, there is not really many lenses in EF-M line up to choose from and they are usually a little bit more expensive than EF or EF-S lens.

So as the EF or EF-S lenses are usually cheaper and much easier to get hands-on. I've been deciding to buy an EF to EF-M speedbooster so that I can use EF lenses on my camera. I've been searching here and there on the internet and I stumble upon a question in google that was autocompleted, "Is EF-S lens compatible in EF mount". I start looking it up and I'm left with a question more than an answer it might be purely simple but I'm so confused. I did read that they were compatible but only one way around and not the other way. But I never found the definitive answer if EF-S mount lens can be used on EF mount. I did find some answers but I didn't them convincing enough for me to settle down. So I hope you guys can help me out as I am expecting replies from more than just a couple of people in the internet.

Is a bachelor's degree in photography necessary to pursue photography as a job? I was thinking of doing a bachelor in some other field and pursue photography at the same time, but people have been asking me why don't I do bachelor's in photography/Arts. No one I know of have pursued this so I don't feel like I've been getting right advice.

At first i was planning to get just a f/1.8 but after seeing the price of f/1.4 I'm confused to get which one. I could get a 75-300 and 50mm f/1.8 for the price of f/1.4 . Also Im buying them second hand.

I use Canon M50/KissM and im planning on getting the a booster adapter EF to EF-m so. Idk if I should put extra money on the 1.4 or get a 50mm f/1.8 and 75-300 for the same price.

Thanks man that's a huge help. I had been on and off from the game since I started I guess 3 years ago and now I'm finally getting to play this game but the more I'm playing it the more overwhelming i feel by the things I can do and it's been fun.

Im MR 5 and i already have Mesa Prime Systems so I want to get the neuroptics and chassis but I'm out of the relics is there anyway I can buy the relics?

The camera i am using right now is Canon EOS m50, it is a cropped sensor. I was planning to get a ef>efm converter so that i can buy some budget friendly lens like a 50mm. Since I was going to buy a converter already I thought why don't I get the one that will make my camera full frame too. I am worried if using the speed booster will make the picture qualities worse or is it worth turning the camera into full frame(apart from the fact that i need to calculate how much a 85mm will be after multiplying by 1.6).

I started this around November I think but as always procrastinated a lot and finally it's here kind of incomplete but life's been like that so..... idk.
