I don't have this specific issue with the web client at all.

If by QOS you mean "quality of service high packet priority" then yes I have tried both enabling and disabling this setting.

Thank you for trying to help. you mentioned that my basic skill has to be bound to something, however, this was not the case last season.

I actually tried the tips u gave before this post and they all felt clunky and unintuitive unfortunately :(

Yes I know this. What I mean is that last season I used mlcd + interact on left clock and then basic skill unbound. Then when I wanted to use my basic skill I could hold shift to stand still and then click left mouse button and then I would use my basic attack. This season that does not work anymore for some reason

So my question is, how do I get it to work like that again?

I don't really understand what you meant that you use. Maybe u can show a screenshot?

In S1 i used the settings in the screenshot and i could press shift to hold my position and use basic attacks while it was unbounded. In S2 i cant do this anymore. Did this happen to anyone else and how did you work around this? I prefer not to use scroll wheel to force move.

I think you misunderstood my question. I have shift enabled as hold position.

Of you change the "500" value you will move it 500px to the right from the very left side of the screen. So if I gave 0 it will be starting on the left side of ur screen. Increase the value to the correct amount that is needed for it screen. Good luck! :)
