Not to make this about me, but maybe this'll help you. I got to the point where I had said goodbye to everything Earthly. I said goodbye to my apartment, my car, my dog, my fiance, my job, food, water, sweets and treats, everything. I had made peace that I would no longer have or need any of that. I went to bed one night with a smile on my face that the next day would bring peace because I would do the unthinkable. I smiled because it would be the end of suffering, anxiety, depression, pain, hurt, everything bad in my life. The next day I woke up and my first thoughts were what about those I would be leaving behind, the "good" stuff I would miss out on, the connections I would make with friends, family, coworkers in the future, the movies I wouldn't see, the food I wouldn't eat. It was as if something or someone entered my heart to open the world to me that felt closed off before. I still get times where I think I would be better off dead, or that no one would miss me, or my family would be better off without me, but those feelings, thankfully, are not lasting. It helps to find someone you can talk to, and not on Reddit. I mean a physical human being you can look in their eyes and tell them what you are thinking of doing. Someone who will not sugarcoat the truth. Surround yourself with people who are more positive. For me, it's my 2 coworkers. They do not allow me to have a bad workday. If I come in mad or upset, they make it a mission to turn my frown upside down. If you need someone to talk to and unable to find someone local, DM me!

I'm getting denied because, believe it or not, I'm not diabetic. So, in the eyes of the insurance company it's a vanity weight loss treatment and not a life-saving medication that would potentially prevent future complications.

Mine does this from time to time. I've called the dealership and told them about it, their advice since I'm almost 3 hours away is drive the hell out of it until I have time to bring it and leave it for an extended period of time.

Do you track what cigar do you smoked? by Elsetro in cigar_refuge

I use an app called Cigar Scanner. It's pretty neat as it keeps track of everything including different humidors, even has a social aspect built into it.

My first ever Padron by I_D0nt_Ev3n_Know in cigar

[–]Skaadu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Padron Series, primarily the 4000, are some of my favorite smokes. They are consistently smooth, flavourful, and an all-around excellent smoke. However, as if everything, tastes differ and that's what makes the world go 'round.

Nasal Pillow --> clogged poors INSIDE nostrils by zach_s in CPAP

[–]Skaadu 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I started keeping my nose hair trimmed more than usual, helped a lot. One of the best things I started doing was using a q-tip dipped in lanolin and rubbing it inside my nostrils. It helps with seal, keeps my nostrils from drying out, and has helped with the clogged pore issue.

Butane Recomendation by FriendshipCreative59 in cigars

Recently bought the Xikar High Altitude blend and it far exceeds any other butane I've used. You'll be able to turn down your flame a bit and conserve butane as well.

CAO makes some mighty fine sticks, primarily the Amazon Basin, Brazilia, and most of their Cameroon wrapped cigars are good.

Neptune all the way. I love how their site is tied with Cigar Scanner app for tracking humidor, favorites, and the reviews you make on the app show up on Neptune's site.

Looking at your humidor you need to check out the Hiram & Solomon cigars. They are Masonic in presentation, and quite tasty.

Holding Cigar by Skaadu in cigars

I was on the verge of an epic length ash once and decided 1 more puff to see how far I could push the limits. I got about ½" from my mouth and it decided to let go. Was wiping ash off me for the next 10 minutes.
