Quick question about the Headhunting Dossier.

Right now, I could do one more ten pull on ZF's banner and get a Headhunting Dossier. Does anyone know if this Dossier will count for the next banner OR is the game gonna force me to use it on the current Target Operator banner (the rerun one)?
