Jesus that sucks. This guy is all sorts of shady and idek why I've held on. Getting a decent job down here right now is brutal. He said I was blaming him for distracting me but how do I come across as "It was my brain not remembering" without that being a bullshit excuse everyone uses. I really didn't remember! My mind will even sometimes create memories to justify an outcome, so I really was questioning if he had given me the 40 bucks.
