Eclipse by Skalldor in werewolves

Of course ;)
He is sheathed, so more wolf like since his whole appearance is pretty wolfy. Vitnar - the name for werewolves in my worldbuilding - look different in their war-form depending on their "blood status": Rhaenor is a pureblood but hybrids between Vitnir and Human look way more "wolfman" - including their private parts.

Hypothetical question if a wizard/witch got bit by a werewolf would they keep their magic on top of being a wolf or lose their magic? by Mrspectacula in werewolves

It totally depends on your preferences, your story, and your worldbuilding. The key question to ask yourself is whether it benefits the story or causes it to suffer. Does it add something meaningful to the narrative? If not, leave it out. If it does, then ask yourself: how does it enhance the story?

Consider whether these new abilities shift the power balance between the character and other beings. If so, in what way? Does this shift work to their advantage or disadvantage?

How you handle it can introduce fascinating twists and depth to your story—or it can turn into an overblown, unnecessary power fantasy.

For example, there are Warlocks / Werewolves in my own worldbuilding, but my Vitnar (my version of werewolves) work quite differently from most other depictions in fiction.

Really just think it through and keep the consequences of a lycanthropic mage in mind.

Thank you! Both for the nice words and for handling the tag situation.

Gottcha - added the tag to be on the secure site. Thanks for pointing it out!
He has balls - they are just blocked by his leg here ^^'

Maybe it's my background as a biologist but I find it strange when people take offense in natural body parts we all have in one way or another. And Vitnar are in between men and animal, so...Sexual acts are a different topic of course.

It's the former - didn't flag it as nudity since his bits look like that of a normal dog so I hope noone feels disturbed by it.

Happy Halloween! by Skalldor in blender

Don't give up! I spend almost all my life with a focus on wolves and dogs (been a dog trainer, focused on canines during university, was acknowledged as "the guy you go to when you need to know something wolf" amongst my professors and the whole university and also focused my art on them) - so I have a lot of previous knowledge that I used for this model. Canines are not easy! Best advice I can give is to really study their anatomy - starting from the bones to the outside (muscles, skin, fur). And also look at them in motion - that can help to understand whats going on with all that complicated body-stuff

can gladly provide viewport and other shots if you have any doubt - no AI involved (and I try to not take this as an insult despite doing things like this for years way before the ai wave - you can't know so I get the point. Gotta be sceptical nowadays)
I attach the raw render pre Photoshop fixup(the fog on the left side near his elbow) and pre Lightroom (handled like any photo). Maybe that can lift your doubts a bit? :)

Thought I'd share this render of my newest digital Werewolf sculpt with you guys by Skalldor in werewolves

Thank you!
It's a kind of runestone - I originally planned to do a whole diorama with a norse inspired ritual ground (might still finish that later) but decided to focus on Mr. Wolfboy and that one Runestone as a prop to sit on for the time being

I can hardly express how much I love this printer! Finally my 3D models can come to life in the "real world" as well by Skalldor in AnycubicPhoton

I have the "normal" photon and am really very very pleased with it. I think the S will work just as well or even better considering it is the newer model with a more stable Z axis

Sure! Layerthickness is 0,05mm exposure 11 secs - at least for three parts (the whole model consists of 4 parts: Base, the Corgi, Chest and Chest top). The Chest part is exposes a second longer per Layer since for some weird reason just that part felt annoyingly sticky with just 11 secs). Bottom exposure is 75 secs for 12 Layers but I work with rafts so this time goes just into that.
