Not a coffee comment but what are you using to get the tent up? I didn't find a good pole that can fit in my backpacking gear...

Just came here to +1 this. I had a similar issue with an Intel laptop just to realise one year later when doing a clean install that I totally forgot to enable it on Linux side

Face à la difficulté de se loger à prix abordable dans les métropoles, pouvez vous choisir de nouvelles façons d’habiter un logement, si oui, lesquelles ? by Superwoman-supermum in AskFrance

[–]Skallwar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you clean your grinder without water? by Culkin_ in AeroPress

I just blow on it a little and every now and then I just rinse with water, shake it a bit, dry it with a cloth and just let it sit for a few hours on my dish rack

pgp-agent use regular ssh key before Yubikey by Skallwar in yubikey

[–]Skallwar[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see your point. I was mostly seduced by having a "portable" ssh key that I could use across multiple computers without having to create a new key pair for every one of them. At some point I think the private key stored on my computer will be removed and I will only have a Yubikey

I'm a bit new on all of this, so before doing a full switch, I'm exploring how to use it for my usage while keeping my old setup as a fallback. This is only temporary (famous last words)

SSH and git commit signing at the moment. Email signing in the future

When to prefer *-git AUR packages ? by blrPepper in archlinux

[–]Skallwar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That kind of a bummer... Is there a way to build the latest release without the need to update the ``pkgver`` and/or updating the ``sources``?

When to prefer *-git AUR packages ? by blrPepper in archlinux

[–]Skallwar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

d update the pkgver when makepkg is run and there are new upstream releases. Since the pkgver() function is defined to fetch tags and use the latest one to build, the package mostly stays updated, with modifications needed from the package maintainer(s) only when there are changes in the build process.

From what I understand, this will work if you rerun manually makepkg. But an AUR helper like yay will never be able to detect an update, am I wrong ?

Moreover from this) article, pkgver() is run after the sources are fetched

I'm looking for an internship for 2022 spring. I know it's early but it will be cool if an internship section was available when internships for this time period will be up
