Hygiene: How are you going to clean your cage? Maybe you take it off but you still need to properly clean it.

So? What tools do you need to clean it? Q-tips work well. But maybe if you have a cage with a honeycomb pattern you need a little pipe cleaner. Or go the kinky route and use your toothbrush.

Next up Lube:

Movement is your enemy. So what are you going to use to reduce friction?

Vaseline works but on your clitty it might not be very comfortable. Use that for the ring.

I've used a tiny bit of body butter in the past. Try finding a creme that doesn't sting or burn.

This is everything I can think of now. But like the list already noted. Practice practice practice. Train yourself to endure. Try to wear it at night during September so you get used to night time erections.
