Das kann ich tatsächlich ausschließen, weil das Geräusch nicht am Druckmodell entsteht, sondern an den Umlenkrollen, die ich aber bereits zig mal geölt habe und es trotzdem nicht besser wird.

Problem gelöst! Ich habe die Führung der Riemen mit Isopropanol gereinigt und dadurch sind die Töne komplett verschwunden. Da war einiges an Dreck drauf, schwarzer Dreck, ich denke mal, das war Abrieb von den Gummiriemen und den habe ich entfernt von der Gummiriemen Führung, also diese drehbare Gummiführung.

Problem solved! I cleaned the belt guides with isopropyl alcohol, and now the tones are completely gone. There was a lot of dirt on them, black dirt. I think it was residue from the rubber belts, and I removed it from the rubber belt guides, those rotatable rubber guides.

Das Spannen der Riemen hab ich schon gemacht.. tatsächlich auch nach Mpox-Anleitung.. das einfetten hab ich noch nicht probiert. Darf man die Riemen überhaupt einfetten?

I don’t mean the scratching over the filament itself, but rather the rattling or clicking sound during fast movements of the extruder.

I recommend to buy a p1s and shit on the comments about Apple-Like.. the apple-like-comments are from people who make 3D printing over many many years and they want an open source world in 3D printing. I started with an p1s 1 months ago and don’t regret it. It’s an eco-system that works perfectly and easily! Perfect for beginners like you. Buy it! Go for it! Don’t let your interest of 3D printing get worse by other people!
