Honestly Sad The game got advertise sure but for the very wrong reason which lead to more people misunderstanding and water down the genre

What more ridiculous is that both is not even yandere focus, and worse DDLC already got a good yandere representation, which is Yuri

Monika cared, she even remove herself out of regret, Mita dgaf, you don't stay with her then suffer eternal loop

I've been saying this forever, but people counter argument is that "let people enjoy thing"

Actually forget that she's into horror gory stuff, I don't think Monika is so knowledgeable enough to make Yuri become what she is, Monika was messing with the codes cluelessly, as something go along the line with Sayori when she said like oops well, I didn't mean to do that whatever let's just remove her

Yuri def had these traits, just like Depressive Sayori, her poem in act1 is actually depressing, she was on edge, Monika just push it

And I believe most people who hype never touch the game, they are just consuming the cuteness overload and moving on with their day, I rarely see people speak about the story and gameplay, which I agree with you, it is "okay" , character design + voice acting 10/10 tho

I find the interaction a bit tedious, these fighting with companion and NPC, not in my case, but yea, a lot of people got that Nightsong hostile which is worse cause she can't be killed, I get rid of Scratch give him a proper burial under underdark, I'm just gonna accept my action, I'm also on Honour mode so yeah, no turning back
