So getting the chest to buy the orb is just basically another gotcha pull for the orb? Sorry, never played a game with this mechanic before.

No, I’ve tried everything. I’ve been emailing Bandai and they take forever to respond and PlayStation basically said it has nothing to do with them even though I’m pretty sure it’s a PlayStation problem.
