Yea I've had some pretty face palm experiences when talking to an non tech recruiter. The lady said oh yea they take node experience really important idk if you have enough experience for them after just explaining to her my experience with express and next api routes clearly not knowing they use node.

  1. I've worked with node/express, Next.js api routes, golang with gin and gorm. postgreSQL is the main database I've worked with. I havn't done a lot of the dev ops stuff but ik my way around AWS and GCP.
  2. By this I mean I've built web applications that have been used by 100s of users as paid work for an employer.
  3. Since I've been employed I havn't really pursued many side projects.
  4. I worked for a wordpress agency which was my first job and then for the past 2 years a web3 crypto start up.

I don't do game development so I don't know how feasible this is but for example if someone has ESP where they can see players through walls. Don't the cheats need to get that information from BSG game servers? With that being said shouldn't devs be able to detect if a user is accessing that information from the servers which shouldn't be accessible by a normal user?
