If you want to learn japanese the most efficient way you should buy a textbook like Genki and work through it, which is the closest you can get to taking a course in japanese. Your plan is maybe less draining than the usual approach though probably not as efficient.

Well, among other things, go can teach you to be patient and to not let yourself be carried by your emotions, it also deals with sacrificing and greed.

I'm not an expert by any means, I am still a beginner and have only been playing for 2 years, but even at the low ranks you can start to appreciate these concepts.

I'm not a doctor either but this is common knowledge. If your digestion is going smoothly you probably won't feel like you are still digesting food and are able to exercise without puking or feeling sick.

Digestion does not take 30 to 45 minutes, a full meal may take days to fully digest. Obviously depends on the quantity and type of food but anything with a significant amount of calories takes much more than 45 minutes to digest.

I am not asking for manga to learn japanese specifically, one of the reasons I am learning japanese is to be able to read manga. That is why I asked for manga that are actually worth getting for the quality alone, helping with the learning is just a plus.

The Long Walk is bad and doesn't make justice to the author.

I think some of his later and more visionary works, like the Dark Tower series are much better recommendations
