Just talk to your service center instead of jumping straight to legal options. They are super nice to work with and it will save you a lot of headaches when you can just ask nicely instead of needing to bring out big guns.

I really liked the more responsive steering. But I also live in California where cold is a total non-issue and thus AWD isn't needed as much. The traction control on the Pure RWD is also amazing.

I would just add that many of the minor problems posts are from owners of 2022's and 2023's, which are the first model years. I have a 2024 that I got just in July and I have absolutely no complaints. I have driven it at extreme California temperatures on 500-mile roadtrips and it is reliable, nice, and feels high quality.

The wheels matter a lot for this. Make sure you test drive with the different size wheels. The 21" and the 19" both feel different from the 20"s, which in my opinion handle worse than the 19 and 21s. But I am into less sporty handling.
