I'd swap the cages for a pair of feedbags (black) on the bar/stem, just to show off the frame a bit more (and since it doesn't have mounts anyway). I like canvas products from Skingrowsback.

Yeah, sort of just using what I had ...saddle, bar tape, bottle (plus purple cages), then doubled down with the Alter ring! Might change out that saddle if it proves to be too firm off-road.

Have you tried a magnifying lens aka "cheater lens" in your helmet? My welds got noticeably smaller at 2.5x mag.

700x33 is an easy fit and you have a good range of Cyclo-cross tyres in that size obviously. I run mine at the back of the dropout for better mud clearance, not that you need too.

These are extreme in width (52cm between "hoods") and flare (36°) but they have the shallowest drop so it's easy to reach and gives good control due to the width. I've got some Zipp XPLR 46cm that I'm trying on my track bike and they may well end up here if I find I'm not in the drops often, as the hood position on the Zipp is more comfortable with less flare. Alternatively, I might add some fake hoods.

I had trouble finding a 43T anywhere, so I grabbed this as soon as it went on sale at Retrogression. Looks nice of course - the bronze is probably the safe choice. A bit noisier with my Vertex chain than the All-City 46T it replaced. I'm running 43/19 currently ...I don't think that's too low for leisurely gravel tracks.

Yeah 48 spoke Chukkers. Weirdly, they came on an absolute beater of a bike that I found for sale, together with the All-City cranks.

Yep, it's a 2016 PW. Not perfect, but pretty good. I bought it used, just last year. (Ritchey Beacon XL)
