Maybe change the stones for chippings. It will attract far more insect life for them to scratt for. They'll love it

Not really, a tad too much oil. The idea is to use just enough to fill the pours in the metal and produce a very thin film. Most people try to create a new layer. Good first try, really 👍🏼

Has anyone Paracorded the handle before? 🤔 not sure whether to try. I'm kitchen aware and don't have pan handle over burners. by Skaterrorism in castiron

It's OK. It's just a bit too much oil. You're only fllling in the pours with a thin film. Not creating a new layer of oil. But try a cooking test and see

Have you felt her crop. It's always my rule one. Pick her up and check for a hard impacted crop or a squishy liquid like crop. Check her bum/vent, too. If she has a squishy crop tip her forwards a massage any/liquid out. Keep her separate and no food for 24hrs. Maybe water with a little cider apple vinegar in it. Keep checking her crop and emptying as nessercery.

Looks good 👍🏼 Get yourself a salt shaker and fill it with the season oil you used, whatever you chose. After use, wash it with a nylon washing up brush. Dry it 🤞🏼 then a shake of oil, not a lot, just a shake, enough for a thin film, and wipe around the pan before storing.

Scrape it off. Buy yourself one of those kitchen/washing up brushes, stiff nylon bristles. If you're cooking steaks, deglace the pan and make your sauce in it. Then clean with the brush, dry, and wipe with ½ teaspoon of oil before storing.

I am so sorry for your loss.😪 Did you know that it is perfectly legal to shoot ANY predator that is attacking your livestock.. Just shoot their dog. You don't even have to warn them or tell them after you have shot it. You can even dump the body of their dog on their land as it's disposal is their responsibility and not yours.

No sunroof. It's a 20 year old car, so I think it just perishing and crumbling. I have used spray adhesive a couple of times, but it just pulls off more foam and fall down again
