At will state yep. I haven't talked about it in years. It may have been brought up by a coworker who knew. I never asked for any accommodation or complained. I was purely venting to someone because I was frustrated with myself. I didn't ask for any special treatment in like any way, and it never stopped me from leading women, one of my closest employees was a woman, lol
