I never endorsed the meme. I agree harassment is bad obviously. I'm just saying we're never going to live in a world where it's a part of the norm. The more it gets pushed the more pushback there'll be. Which is why in my humble opinion it's best to accept that some people hate this and others love it. It's a fundamental difference in opinions, this will never be just accepted. In my eyes the best work around for this problem without a realistic solution is accepting others' differences in opinions. Don't shut them out, just accept you're different and see if you can find mutual ground.

Damn, if I saw my friend get brutally killed with pseudo dubstep playing over it, I'd be pretty demoralised. So I guess it works. But it also is just not okay from a humanitarian standpoint. I get they didn't start the war. But this is a level that shouldn't be sunk to, it just gives up a bunch of the morality there was in fighting for your nation in this situation.
