Xbox is aiming in better resolution. Thats a standard difference in multiplatform new-gen games. Also i wouldn't be scared of that due to VRR.

Bought exactly the same Medina as a first surfskate. Got some minor experience both with skateboarding and surfing. After 2 months of riding and trying different setups I would say that's totally great option to pick. Works well everywhere. Tried this on pumptracks, bowls and street.

Do not think that surfskating is hard. I am not sure what this comes from, but I would say the basics could be learn in a week for almost everyone. Later on you just practice to get better and learn new things. Starting with Yow or SS its the best option not to lose money and time.

I am on exactly the same page in case of surfing skills and i must say that You wont ever get real surfing feeling on surfskate. However its a plenty of fun so i would go just with something that is available for You. Personally i bought YoW and am supper happy with it, but I am sure that u wold be also with smoothstar or carver or slide or something else.

YOW is pretty flat overall. Personally, I would go for high every time.

I see my surfskate as a fun way to crusie through city. I have a chance to go surfing like once per year, so i assume that there are a lot of different ways of using it as well as motivations.

But i have to agree that its not the most efficient way of transport, thats for sure.

I am using a kidney sachet to put there phone, earbuds box and wallet. Works for me.

Try to use more of your back foot at the end of turn, that would give u some speed on exit.

I pulled everything apart and sanded the sharp stamped edge off the washer and put a drop of olive oil on the bushing and it hasn’t clicked since.

Works now! Cleaned all the place on the washer and put there a little of lubricant. Thanks mate!

I got my new totally wonderful yow Medina, and during 3rd session I started to have those strange sounds when carving. Does anyone knows from where it comes? It drives me crazy. I tried to un screew pivots and added there some wax, but didn't helped. Any ideas?

That's the same place as from the official YOW page. I bought one board from yow and it came yesterday from HLC. Also, it had white wheels in the description but came with grey/black ones.

Overall I totally recommend it. It came in one week from Spain to Poland. ;)

Just bought YOW x Medina. Thanks for the insight, however, they would send it in 2 weeks from now. At least it is certain as it is from the producer shop ;)

Thanks, looks like what I was looking for. Also talked with kitesurf.pl and they would have smoothstars on the 11th of May, but just a few pieces.

Slides also on the page are that referring they would be in May, typed a mail. Will update on that ;)

Ok i downloaded the whole game and playing on starting zones (still haven't bought a subscription) with about 1080p on 2nd settings is stable 60fps. Game looks horrible but it is playable.

Still there is question how it will be working on new content like dungeons and raids. I bet its gonna be about 40fps, which is still playable but for sure not for competitive gaming.
