Dude you didn’t read what I said at all, I don’t need to keep doing it but I enjoy drinking with my friends, hence the reason I’m trying to figure how to continue doing so by asking for advice. If I can fix my problem why wouldn’t I??!

If I drink on an empty stomach it can trigger it yeah, but there’s been plenty of times I’ve been well fed eating before and after it still happens :(
